From October 11-17, 2023, a total of 384 sales listings throughout core New York City areas experienced price reductions, about 100 more than last week, as global instability has added more jitters to the market. Notable among them was Residence #3210, the combination of units near the top of 101 Warren Street. The apartment is surrounded by wrapped loggia terraces and oversized windows, and offers such features as custom lighting, a state-of-the-art kitchen, en suite baths and electrical power shades in the majority of the bedrooms, and a full laundry room. It was listed for $30,000,000 in June 2015 and has been on and off the market since then. Most recently, its price has been cut to $19,700,000.
