"This attractive, red-brick apartment building was erected in 1917 and converted to a cooperative in 1961.

The building has nice façade detailing and an attractive lobby and canopied entrance. The building permits protruding air-conditioners and has consistent fenestration and no sidewalk landscaping." Read Carter's Full Review
