Features

As of this writing, there is a total of 10,225 publicly listed condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, and parts of Queens and the Bronx. The Manhattan median price of a condo is $2,198,627, or $1,737 per square foot. The median price of a Manhattan co-op is $897,858 (all figures per CityRealty listings).

These figures come at the same time as encouraging coronavirus vaccine and case numbers, the anticipation of the return of popular activities and attractions (hello, Broadway!), and the announcement that New York public schools will fully reopen in the fall. In such an environment, buyers may be eager to get back to New York as soon as possible.

From May 17-24, a total of 314 sales listings experienced price reductions. A full, sortable chart may be found below; please be advised that all figures show cumulative listings as opposed to the most recent price reductions.
