The Manhattan median price of a condo is $2,198,627, or $1,737 per square foot. The median price of a Manhattan co-op is $897,858 (all figures per CityRealty listings).

These figures come at the same time as encouraging coronavirus vaccine and case numbers, the anticipation of the return of popular activities and attractions (hello, Broadway!), and the announcement that New York public schools will fully reopen in the fall. In such an environment, buyers may be eager to get back to New York as soon as possible.
