The tower's striking façade combines red brick on the east side with a glass west section topped by an angled crown that rises toward New Jersey. In September 2025, Silver Creek Development acquired the lease for the empty Wagner Hotel in Battery Park City following its pandemic-induced closure. The hotel property in the building was originally a Ritz-Carlton, and Silver Creek Development plans to bring a new luxury hotel to the project. In addition to the hotel, the building includes a condo component on top.
