From January 11-18, 2022, a total of 127 publicly listed sales units throughout New York City experienced price cuts. Among them was a five-bedroom, five-bath home at Soori High Line. While many luxury condominiums count residents-only pools among the amenities, the SCDA-designed Soori High Line generated buzz by offering private swimming pools in several of the apartments. Unit #5D is one of them, and additional features include a Great Room with 18' ceilings and gas fireplace, a chef's kitchen with high-end finishes and appliances, and a primary suite with a walk-in closet, private terrace, and double-height, spa-inspired bath.

As impressive as this apartment sounds, it is far from the only architecturally adventurous, amenity-rich condominium to have sprung up around the High Line in recent years. Soori High Line currently has six units on the market; prices range from $5.995 million for a three-bedroom to $18.25 million for a five-bedroom penthouse, and all have been substantially discounted from their initial offering price. #5D's original offering price was $9.75 million, but this unit has been discounted to $8.65 million.
