As of March 10, 2021, there are 9,840 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale throughout Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. Since last week, Manhattan's median condo price experienced a slight uptick to $2,195,028, or $1,724 per square foot. The Manhattan co-op median also rose a bit from last week to $897,225 (all figures per CityRealty listings).

From March 2-8, a total of 319 sales listings throughout New York experienced price reductions. A full, sortable table of discounted listings may be found below. Please be advised that all of the following figures reflect cumulative reductions as opposed to the most recent cuts.
