One Hundred Barclay Tribeca, completed in 1927, stands as one of New York City's first Art Deco skyscrapers. Designed by Ralph Walker, who was dubbed 'Architect of the Century' by the American Institute of Architects, the building originally served as the New York Telephone Company headquarters.
