The number of listings has climbed from last week, but Manhattan's median condo price has dipped slightly to $2,270,816 (or $1,816 per square foot). The median Manhattan co-op price is holding relatively steady at $886,970.

From September 6-13, 2021, a total of 317 sales listings experienced price reductions. This is more than double the number of last week's price cuts, and possibly a sign that the summer slowdown is coming to an end. A full, sortable chart may be found below.
