While certain New York city apartments come with the cachet of having appeared in the pages of Architectural Digest, only one can be traced back to the prestigious publication's founder. Cleon "Bud" Knapp, former chairman and CEO of Knapp Communications Corporation, developed and published Architectural Digest in addition to Bon Appetit before both magazines were sold to Conde Nast Publications. And at the end of the day, he went home to his two-bedroom apartment in a Rosario Candela-designed cooperative. It was recently reduced from $2.75 million to $2.5 million, and we take a look at that listing and the ones that experienced large price cuts in the past week. Please note that all of the following show cumulative cuts rather than the most recent reductions.
