Carter Horsley's Review of 50 East 10th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"Well located on the east side of Greenwich Village, this handsome, 10-story building was erected in 1929 and converted to a cooperative apartment building in 1982. It has 107 units.

This area of the Village is a very interesting mix of superb early commercial buildings, some fine pre-war apartment buildings, some large post-war apartment buildings, a bowling alley, and the exquisite Grace Episcopal Church nearby." Read Carter's Full Review
