Must-see open houses in the "best city in the world" include celebrity hangout in Hell's Kitchen

According to a recent survey by Time Out, New York was ranked the best city in the world, coming in ahead of Cape Town, London, Tokyo, Rome, Paris, and Madrid. A bustling Broadway season, must-see art exhibits, and exciting community events were cited as reasons to come for a visit in the near future, but some are prepared to take that one step further: 15% of survey respondents located all over the world said they'd move to New York "in a heartbeat."
Whether you're planning to relocate from the other side of the world or simply preparing to trade one city apartment for another, we take a look at listings hosting open houses this weekend. Find a full list of condos and condops with upcoming open houses here. For a full list of co-op and townhouses listings with open houses, find the full list here.
