The cooperative offers a full time doorman, live-in superintendent, laundry room, fitness room, childrens' playroom, storage room and bike room (subject to availability). On the roof owners enjoy one of the most beautifully landscaped roof gardens in the Village in addition to a landscaped garden at lobby level behind the building.

Pets are most welcome. The lobby and hallways have been beautifully renovated. Located on East 10th Street between University Place and Broadway this building enjoys access to local transportation, some of the city's best restaurants, gallery shopping, and Washington Square Park.

Carter Horsley's Review

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"Well located on the east side of Greenwich Village, this handsome, 10-story building was erected in 1929 and converted to a cooperative apartment building in 1982. It has 107 units.

This area of the Village is a very interesting mix of superb early commercial buildings, some fine pre-war apartment buildings, some large post-war apartment buildings, a bowling alley, and the exquisite Grace Episcopal Church nearby." Read Carter's Full Review
