"Well located on the east side of Greenwich Village, this handsome, 10-story building was erected in 1929 and converted to a cooperative apartment building in 1982. It has 107 units.
It is close to New York University, Cooper Union and the New School for Social Research, many restaurants, the Strand Bookstore, and both Washington Square and Union Square parks. Madison Avenue buses are nearby on University Place and several subway lines are nearby." Read Carter's Full Review
