"This attractive, 13-story, white-brick apartment building was erected in 1964 and was converted to a cooperative in 1983. It has 66 units.

This area of the Upper East Side is very popular because of the many handsome "luxury" apartment towers along Third Avenue, attractive sidestreets and its closeness to the Midtown Office District."
