The Manhattan luxury market notched an impressive 33 contracts last week at $4 million and above, the best third week of June since Olshan began tracking in 2006. According to their report, the upper end of the market has shown "impressive resilience," especially with last week's priciest contract signing, which went to a $51 million townhouse located on the Upper East Side. The 15,000-square-foot home was sold by developer Joseph Chetrit and spans a total of seven levels, all accessible by elevator.

Olshan also reports that developers sold 43 percent of luxury apartments during the second quarter of 2018, up from the 38 percent recorded in 2016 and 2017.

Closings from the last 14 days are also shown below, with a $9.15M 10-room home in The Dakota taking the lead.
