Carter Horsley's Review of 310 West End Avenue

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This quite distinguished, brown-brick apartment building was erected in 1925 and converted to a cooperative in 1993.

Designed in the style of Italian Renaissance palazzos, the building has attractive window reveals, a cornice, two bandcourses and a very nice, small marble lobby and a canopied entrance. The building permits protruding air-conditioners and has inconsistent fenestration and no sidewalk landscaping." Read Carter's Full Review
