Tribeca Pointe is a 42 story waterfront rental whose irregular profile is marked by a curved glass projection at its northwest corner, upper floor balconies, cantilevered sections, and an indented northeast corner. Designed by Gruzen Sampton Architects and developed by Rockrose Development, the tower was completed in 1998 with 340 apartments at 41 River Terrace.
Many apartments face the Hudson River, while higher floors also take in the Downtown and Midtown skylines. Walk-in closets and entry foyers recur in the residences, and terraces or balconies extend from portions of the tower. The double-height lobby has a vaulted ceiling, dark paneling, and large picture windows.
The building has a 24 hour doorman, concierge, live-in superintendent, fitness center, children's playroom, rooftop terrace, laundry room, valet service, and full service garage. Battery Park City's Hudson River esplanade and waterfront parks run alongside the property, with Stuyvesant High School and the Tribeca Bridge just east. Pets are permitted.
