The townhouse contains a foyer, a grand parlour favored by Pei for entertaining artists and global dignitaries, a garden-facing dining room, a library, four bedrooms (which include a fireplace-equipped master bedroom), five bedrooms, a kitchen with an adjacent staff room, and a laundry room and wine cellar in the basement. An elevator services all five levels.
