Comment About the Building

This Senior Living facility was built in 2021, but, I believe they have recently started to get tenants. It is extremely clean in the hallways. There are two elevators that tell you what floor you’ve arrived at. It has railings in the hallways for the elderly to hold on to as they walk. The bathroom has railings in the tub and by the toilet bowl. They have only studio and one bedroom apartments. The kitchen and the living room are in one room, and the bedroom is small. I believe you could get a smaller queen size bedroom set in it. They have a big closet across one wall of the bedroom with two sets of doors. There is a nice size coat closet in the foyer with two doors and one shelf across the top. You could fit a small kitchen table and four chairs in the foyer area. There is very little counter space in the kitchen. The counter tops are orange with all white cabinets. There is a new GE electric stove and a small new refrigerator (not sure if GE also). There are tables and chairs outside to eat or play cards, scrabble, etc. during nice weather. They have another room shelves for books, a kitchen with a big counter, a refrigerator, and sink. I know they have a coffee maker, coffee, milk or creamer, sugar, maybe some goodies (not sure), etc. There is a room to hold meetings with chairs. They started to build an exercise room I’m not sure what equipment will be in there. They have a nice big washroom with all new washers and dryers. You get a laundry card, and put money on it to do laundry. They do not allow children or pets to live in the building, but children can visit.
