"This handsome, 9-story, pre-war, mid-block apartment building is a cooperative with 36 apartments. It was erected in 1922 and converted in 1957.

There is good local shopping in the vicinity and there is express subway station at Lexington Avenue and 86th Street. There is good cross-town bus service on 79th and 86th Streets." Read Carter's Full Review
