Carter Horsley's Review of 114 East 90th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This attractive, red-brick, 9-story building was erected in 1925 and is a cooperative with 41 apartments.

It has a one-step-up entrance, sidewalk landscaping, protruding air-conditioners, a 24-hour doorman, and no balconies. In 2006, the building planned a consistent fenestration policy as older apartments become available. It also installed a fitness center and a children's playroom." Read Carter's Full Review
