"This very handsome, 11-story apartment building was erected in 1929 and converted to a cooperative in 1986. It has 82 apartments.

The façade is punctuated with decorative limestone spandrels and the canopied entrance has a four-story-high limestone surround. The doorman building has a battlement roofline, step-up entrance and a step-down lobby." Read Carter's Full Review
