Apartments retain pre-war proportions, with ceilings commonly measuring about 9 feet 6 inches to 10 feet, hardwood floors, broad entrance galleries, and oversized windows. Corner layouts draw light from multiple exposures, while many floor plans have windowed kitchens or bathrooms and flexible living and dining spaces. The residences range from one bedroom homes to expansive four bedroom layouts, including configurations adaptable to an additional bedroom or office.
The building has a live-in superintendent, laundry room, bicycle room, video security, and resident storage. Pets are permitted, and in-unit washers and dryers may be installed with board and engineer approval; pied-à-terre ownership and subletting are considered case by case, with financing permitted up to 75 percent. Central Park and Museum Mile are one block west, and the building sits at the corner of Madison Avenue and East 94th Street.
