The median price of a Manhattan condo comes in at $2,447,128 ($1,905 per square foot). The median price of a Manhattan co-op comes to $874,978.

Among this past week's discounted listings is a one-of-a-kind West Village two-bedroom at 495 West Street. The unit has been on the market since summer 2019 and its initial $10.5 million ask has since been slashed 33% to $6.995 million. The full-floor loft was designed by Robert Marino and is said to be inspired by the French mid-century industrial aesthetic.
