"This very handsome, 15-story building at 10 West 86th Street is very close to Central Park and was designed by George F. Pelham, whose other buildings include 944, 1120 and 1160 Park Avenue, 1136 Fifth Avenue, 98 Riverside Drive and 30 Beekman Place.
