Private outdoor space recurs in several configurations, from compact terraces to large angled terraces and a broad terrace adjoining an eighth floor two bedroom residence; studio plans range from open living areas to layouts with sleeping alcoves.
The building has a concierge, fitness center, resident lounge with kitchen, rooftop terrace, resident and bicycle storage, package acceptance with cold storage, a pet wash, valet services, and on-site parking. It is pet friendly and operates as a smoke free, LEED registered property, with WiFi in the common areas.
