"This spiffy condominium building in Chelsea was designed by FXFowle for Bronfman Haynes Real Estate Partners in 2007.

This building, which is known as Onyx Chelsea and is located at 261 West 28th Street on the corner at Eighth Avenue, has two roofdecks, radiant heating flooring in bathrooms, a concierge, a doorman, a fitness center, a garage, washers and dryers in each apartment, and Sub-zero refrigerators and Bosch and Viking kitchen appliances. The building also has central air-conditioning and some terraces."
