Built in 1913, it is a beautiful building with a very "zen-like" feeling inside. Simple, but beautiful lobby, doorman from 7am-midnight weekdays and 24 hours on weekends. Full time super and porter. Roof deck, two elevators, some units have storage units in basement. I am on the board. We are a reasonable, very professional board. Only one block from the C/E line entrance @ 25th St and 8th Ave. Lots of great restaurants nearby including Cookshop, Red Cat, Morimoto, Del Posto, and Chelsea Market. Lots of great open space around the building because of the wonderful landscaping at the Penn South Buildings.
