The developer is Oestreicher Properties with private equity fund GPB Capital Holdings. 

Morris Adjmi is the architect. 

The building will have about 6,000 square feet of commercial space.

Bottom Line

A pleasant mid-rise building designed by Morris Adjmi in Downtown Brooklyn with 48 large units with open kitchens and breakfast bars.

Description

The building is faced with Danish bricks and the second and top floors have arched windows and all windows are multi-paned. 

The building has a narrow cornice.

Amenities

The building has a full-time doorman, a fitness center, a media room, a residents' lounge, a roof deck with kitchen, a bicycle room, a game room and an entrance marquee.

Apartments

Apartments have 9-foot-high ceilings, in-unit washers and dryers and kitchens have solid white oak cabinetry and Bertazoni, Liebherr and Bosch appliances.
