The project, financed by a $132 million construction loan from Affinius Capital, will feature 297 rental units, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, along with 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Scheduled for completion in late 2027, this development is set to enhance the area’s housing offerings with a modern, amenity-rich experience.
Residents will enjoy an entire floor dedicated to amenities, such as a fitness center with a boxing studio and sauna, a children’s playroom, a media lounge, coworking spaces with conference rooms, a private screening room for movie nights, and an outdoor lounge. The building’s location at the corner of Livingston Street and Flatbush Avenue provides convenient access to multiple subway stations, including Nevins Street, Hoyt-Schermerhorn Streets, Atlantic Avenue, and DeKalb Avenue. These stations connect to the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, B, C, D, N, Q, and R train lines, facilitating easy travel to Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Many residences will also offer stunning views of the Manhattan skyline.
The development site was assembled by Goose Property Management through the purchase of 364 Livingston Street and 60 Flatbush Avenue for $25.5 million in 2022. Goose demolished the existing structures to pave the way for this transformative project. This initiative is part of Goose’s broader expansion in Downtown Brooklyn, which includes additional developments at 370 and 372 Livingston Street, totaling approximately 363,000 square feet
