"This handsome, Italian Renaissance-palazzo-style 1908 commercial building was converted to a rental apartment building in 1999 and then to a 102-unit, residential condominium building in 2006.

The 13-story, yellow-brick building is across Greenwich Street from the American Stock Exchange and across Albany Street from the Deutsche Bank building that was severely damaged in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. JPMorgan has agreed to a long-term lease to redevelop the bank building site when the damaged building is demolished." Read Carter's Full Review
