The roof is equipped with a glass-enclosed area with a fireplace as well as an outdoor whirlpool and cabanas. The roof offers views of the Statue of Liberty, Hudson River, and Manhattan skyline. Also present on the second floor is Reserve Cut Steak House. Nearby subway access includes the 2/3/4/5/A/E/J/Z/R/W and PATH trains, in addition to the South Street Ferries/Water Taxis, Fulton Street Station and the Oculus. Whole Foods and Lifetime Fitness slated to open at Wall & Broadway in 2020.
