According to CityRealty listings, there are 907 public listings in Manhattan new development condos (defined here as buildings finished after 2016), coming to a median price of $3.317 million and $2,233 per square foot. This represents a 2% price drop from November 2020, when there were 937 new development condo listings in Manhattan at a median price of $3.5 million and $2,285 per square foot. Additionally, inventory is down by 3%.
Last year, new development condos were not spared when the international market waned due to the coronavirus pandemic.
