SIVA Tower at 611 West 56th Street is a 37 story, 77 unit condominium tower designed by Pritzker Prize winning architect Álvaro Siza, marking his first building in the United States. The slender 450 foot spire is clad in Perla Bianca limestone with a precisely proportioned fenestration grid that frames expansive city views through thinly profiled windows.
