Overview of Bryant Park Tower at 100 West 39th Street

Bryant Park Tower is a 43 story mixed use building completed in 2006 at 100 West 39th Street, designed by Nobutaka Ashihara & Associates and Greenberg Farrow. The orange beige brick tower was developed by G. Holdings Corporation and built around the historic Millinery Center Synagogue. The lower 32 floors house a Marriott Residence Inn with its entrance on Avenue of the Americas, while the top 11 floors contain approximately 90 condominium apartments with a separate residential entrance on West 39th Street. A stringcourse at the 33rd floor marks the division between hotel and residential functions, with the upper portion slightly cantilevered on its western façade.

The apartments feature bamboo wood flooring, white oak cabinetry, polished white marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms include Zuma Collection soaking tubs and Italian porcelain tile. Corner units offer particularly impressive panoramic views of Bryant Park, the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, and the East River. The building's oversized windows flood apartments with natural light, and many units feature flexible layouts that can accommodate home offices.

Building amenities include a 24 hour doorman and concierge, a fitness center on the 35th floor with skyline views, on-site parking, a live-in super, and notably, a laundry room that is free of charge for residents. The building welcomes pets, investors, co-purchasing, and pied-à-terre owners. The location at the corner of West 39th Street and Sixth Avenue provides immediate access to Bryant Park across the street, proximity to over 10 subway lines, and is within walking distance to Grand Central Terminal, the Theater District, Times Square, and a Whole Foods market just steps away.
