Beautiful and Classic Prewar Co-op with some hotel amenities like 5 x per week maid service and 24 hour support stuff on duty. Full time attended lobby with DM, Concierge and Hall Man on site Resident manager as well. Maintenance includes electricity. There is a fitness center in the building as welll as a bycicle room and storage room.
Beautiful layouts, all have been renovated with high end finishings.
High ceilings, some with washer/dryers in units.

Close to everything. 79th and Park Avenue.

Very well run. Residents are very high profile people. Full service,
elevator, fitness room.
