The Phillip Howard Building is a post-war cooperative located at 1655 Flatbush Avenue. A 24-hour doorman and live-in superintendent are on staff, and amenities include a package room, a bike room, an Olympic swimming pool and separate kids' pool, a playground, a garden, private storage (subject to availability), and an underground parking garage (subject to availability).
The Valentine Museum of Art is located in the base of the building, which is situated near Brooklyn College, Flatbush Avenue retail, and Little Caribbean dining. The Flatbush Ave.-Brooklyn College 2/5 subway stop is a few blocks away. The building allows pied-a-terres, copurchasing, gifting, and subletting with board approval. Sorry, no pets.
