889 Broadway is a pre-war co-op building in downtown Manhattan's Flatiron/Union Square neighborhood finished in 1883 as the Gorham Manufacturing Building, and landmarked in 1984. The building features a key-fob elevator and roof deck, and a full-time on-site superintendent is on staff. It is well situated directly between Union Square Park and Madison Square Park. It is a short walk between some of New York's most notable restaurants, including Union Square Cafe, Gramery Tavern, ABC Kitchen, and Craft.
