"This handsome, 16-story former industrial building at 1182 Broadway midway between 28th and 29th Streets was converted in 2017 by Mocal Enterprises to 39 condominiums on the top floors and five commercial floors at its base.

The building, which was erected circa 1910 and designed by William L. Rouse, is known as the Centurian and should not be confused with the Centurion, a new development condominium project designed by Pei Freed Cobb in 2010 at 33 West 55th Street." Read Carter's Full Review
