The Centurian Building at 1182 Broadway is a historic landmark building in the heart of NoMad hosting a bespoke collection of modern rental apartments. This 16-story former industrial building was converted in 2013 to 39 grand residential units along its upper floors. The building is located near Mario Batali’s Eataly, Madison Square Park, and the NoMad Hotel. It is also only a short distance from the 1,N,R,6,B,D,F,M, and PATH trains. For a limited time, the Centurian is offering one month of free rent on 13-month leases.
BuiltIN Studios designed the conversion and renovation of the residences which now feature custom millwork and molding, walnut finished oak floors, 10-foot ceilings, and recessed lighting throughout. Studios start from $5,810/month and one-bedrooms start from $6,272/month. Prices are net effective.
In the kitchens, residents will find white cabinetry, Caesarstone countertops, a dishwasher, and a Sub-Zero wine refrigerator. Bathrooms boast wenge vanities and marble countertops, and Zuma soaking tubs; select units have radiant heated floors. All units feature a Bosch washer/dryer and oversized restored copper window frames.
The building’s lobby is an immaculate space with marble mosaic tile, Thassos stone, and intricate wood detailing. It is attended 24/7 and concierge services are available to residents. There is a furnished roof deck at the top of the building, bike storage, and attended elevators.
