Delos Residences is an eight story Greenwich Village condominium conversion of a 1897 dress factory, completed in 2014. Its Italianate terra cotta façade retains ornate window surrounds, fluted columns, rope columns, and arched windows from the original industrial building. The development was led by Delos, founded by Paul D. Scalia and others, with design by Loffredo Brooks.
The building is WELL Certified and incorporates more than 50 built in wellness features, including purified air and water, vitamin C infused showers, circadian lighting, antimicrobial surfaces, bio based acoustic insulation, irrigated herbariums, and posture supportive flooring. The wellness program is integrated into the residences rather than concentrated in a separate amenity area.

The building's most distinctive layout is a triplex penthouse occupying the upper levels, with a three story stairway, solarium, and a private rooftop terrace measuring more than 2,300 square feet.
There are five condominium residences, along with an attended lobby, concierge, resident storage, central air conditioning, in unit washers and dryers, and a full service garage with on site parking. Pets are allowed. Deepak Chopra and Leonardo DiCaprio have been associated with the building as residents, reinforcing its connection to Delos's wellness focused development model.
