Overview of 99 Hudson Street

99 Hudson rises 79 floors and 900 feet tall, ranking as the nation’s tallest apartment tower outside of New York and Chicago. The chamfered form, designed by Perkins Eastman Architects, maximizes the spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline, the Hudson River, and the New York Harbor that open from the waterfront-proximate site. Vertical limestone bands, which emulate the cosmopolitan appeal of Art Deco skyscrapers, alternate with floor-to-ceiling windows.

The amenity package at New Jersey’s tallest building is as peerless as its height. The lofty lobby, clad in onyx and limestone, features a round-the-clock concierge. The 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities include lounges, game rooms, fitness center, and an expansive spa. The expansive outdoor deck boasts landscaping, lawns, grills, a dog run, a playground, cabanas, and a 3,000-square-foot swimming pool.
