Carter’s Review

"Erected in 1960, this attractive, 20-story, red-brick tower has 122 apartments of which 82 are two-bedroom units. It was converted to a condominium in 1987.

There is good cross-town bus service and the York Avenue bus line crosses town at 57th Street. Although the building is far from the subways, it is one long block from a downtown entrance to the FDR Drive. It is also close to several schools and not too far away from Carl Schurz Park to the north."
