Comment About the Building
This review is solely for the leasing office. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 star because I am under the assumption that there must be less responsive leasing offices in NYC. While the leasing agent, Joseph Rabindra Dass, is nice enough, he is not responsive. It is one thing to be unresponsive, and it is another thing to commit to responding only to fail to do so. At the end of the day, it is becoming a tenant?s market, certainly not a landlord?s market (the vacancies in this building remaining for months and repeated price reductions reflect this change) and the reason I will be renting elsewhere is the lack of responsiveness from Joseph Rabindra Dass. Frankly the building met my requirements and a more responsive agent would have secured my business.
