Its curved driveway and fountains lead to a double-height lobby, giving the beige brick high rise a more formal entrance than its Second Avenue frontage suggests. The building is also known as 1424 Second Avenue and 303 East 74th Street.
Balconies punctuate the façade, and some apartments have private outdoor space. Apartments also have double pane windows and air conditioning.
The full service building has a 24 hour doorman, concierge staff, a fitness center, children’s playroom, resident storage, laundry facilities, and a full service garage. Outdoor amenities include a private garden and a rooftop terrace.
Holy Trinity Cathedral and the Jan Hus Concert Hall are on East 74th Street just east of the building, while Second Avenue’s restaurants and services line the surrounding blocks. Pets are permitted, and the building accepts guarantors, corporate leases, and applications from out of state renters.
