Carter’s Review

"This 23-story rental building, which is known as The Pearl, was erected at 400 East 66th Street in 1999 by Laurence Ginsberg and his sisters, Hilary Feshbach and Liane Ginsberg.

The 127-unit building was designed by James Davidson of Schuman Lichtenstein Claman & Efron, who told The New York Times April 16, 1999 that "We are accentuating the verticality of the building through the use of chevron-profiled limestone and cast stone piers framing window wall construction.""
