45-03 23rd Street / 24-19 Jackson Avenue is a forthcoming 55-story mixed-use condo tower underway in the Court Square district of Long Island City. Designed by FXCollaborative, the building will feature a sculptural form with oversized windows and curved corners and will introduce 636 new studio to four-bedroom condo residences upon completion in spring 2028. The tower will be anchored by a Whole Foods Market and a 30-year Chelsea Piers Fitness outpost. The development is led by Incoco Capital with Tavros and Charney Companies, and backed by $525 million in financing from Madison Realty Capital, Kushner Companies, and OneIM.
The site took over a decade to assemble and was expanded through a $68.5 million acquisition from Toyoko Inn. Extremely well connected to other parts of the city, the site is moments from MoMA PS1, SculptureCenter, Jackson Avenue dining, and the Court Square E, G, and M trains. Construction began in June 2025.
