"This attractive, 16-story building at 41-21 28th Street in the Queens Plaza section of Long Island City was erected in 2018 and has 188 rental apartments and 675 square feet of commercial space.

The building, which is known as The Delmar, was developed by All Year Management and designed by the Karl Fischer and The Meshberg Group. The interior design is by Durukan Design. " Read Carter's Full Review
