CityRealty recently paid the site a visit to admire its industrial-inspired design and timeless brick facade. The new building was crafted by the Meshberg Group and the arched windows are a great touch. Inside are bold and stylish rentals by Durukan Design with features like plank wood floors, sleek finishes and stainless steel appliances.

Citi Habitats is handling leasing for the 188 no-fee studio, one- and two-bedroom units priced from $2,250/month - and many offer private terraces or balconies. The open floor plans allow for flexible layouts and arched windows in bedrooms create a cozy yet open space. Kitchens are equipped with modern cabinetry and breakfast bars, and bathrooms offer rain shower heads and glass-wall showers.
Amenities include full-time concierge, a fitness facility with a workout studio, a game lounge and a business center. There are also two furnished landscaped roof decks with views of Midtown Manhattan.
