Carter Horsley's Review of 265 East Houston Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This attractive, 10-story building at 265 East Houston Street contains 6 full-floor condominium apartments and duplex penthouse apartment and a two-story community facility that is likely to be used by Iglesia Pentecostal Arca de Salvacion that occupied the site prior to selling it in 2008 for $500,000, according to a June 8, 2015 article at boweryboogie.com.

Progress on the site was delayed when excavation work forced the Action for Progress school to vacate its site at 255 East Houston Street, according to a May 23, 2017 article at boweryboogie.com." Read Carter's Full Review
