Sales Launch on 265 East Houston, Three Units Available. Interiors via MNS Sales Launch on 265 East Houston, Three Units Available. Interiors via MNS
We had a first look at interiors from the long-awaited new condo development at 265 East Houston Street back in January but only recently did the problematic building launch sales. There are just three of the seven floor-through apartments available right now, all of which are move-in ready, 1,400-square-foot two-bed/two-bath units with prices ranging from $2.45M to $2.55M. The only duplex unit, located on the top floors, has yet to be revealed.

The 10-story building lies on the Lower East Side on the corner of East Houston and Suffolk, the same site previously occupied by a Pentecostal church that was demolished in 2010. Central Construction Management serve as the developers.

The apartments are bringing some lavish features to the LES with sleek living areas, private keyed elevators, Carrara marble kitchens and baths, private balcony space, white oak flooring throughout, and hardware from Watermark Designs. Residents may also enjoy dramatic city views from the common rooftop terrace and other building amenities which include a virtual doorman and package room. Spacious and sleek, these residences offer a tranquil escape from the highly sought-after neighborhood known for its exciting nightlife and dining scene.
